Refunds & returns

Every song is made from scratch for you, so it works a little differently from returning a product in a shop. Here's exactly what you can expect.

Try before you pay

You hear a free 30-second preview of your real song before you pay anything.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Our songs, versions and videos are digital content made and delivered straight away. When you pay, you ask us to start immediately and agree that you lose the right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).

When we always refund

• Your song, version or video was never delivered or doesn't play.
• There is a clear technical fault (for example, broken or cut-off audio) that we can't fix.
• You were charged twice or charged by mistake.

We'll first offer to remake it for free. If that doesn't work, you get a full refund.

Not happy with how it sounds?

Email us within 14 days. We'll try a free remake. We handle every request personally and fairly.

Brand packs

Unused tracks in a brand pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, pro rata. Tracks already made are not refundable unless faulty.

How to ask

Email info@playforthem.eu with your order email and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
